A. Absolutely. We export vehicles, engines, half-cuts, and parts worldwide. Our primary markets include Australia, New Zealand, the USA, UAE, and Europe — but if your country accepts Japanese automotive imports, we can ship there.

A. Yes. All engines, half cuts, and major components are inspected and tested before dismantling. Photos and videos can be provided upon request to ensure full transparency.

After payment clears, we prepare your order for export.

A. Yes. We arrange:
• 20ft / 40ft container loading
• Custom packing based on item type
• All export documentation
• Export clearance in Japan
We can also load mixed items — vehicles + parts — depending on your needs.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Estimated transit times:
• Australia: 2–4 weeks
• New Zealand: 2–3 weeks
• USA / Canada: 4–6 weeks
• Europe: 5–7 weeks
• Middle East: 3–5 weeks
Times may vary depending on customs or peak seasons.
Q. Can you source specific vehicles or parts?
A. Yes. If it’s not in stock, our purchasing team can source from:
• Japanese auctions

• Private sellers
• Trusted partner networks
Auction access can be provided upon request.
Q. Do you provide mileage verification?
A. Yes. When available, we verify mileage using:
• Auction sheets
• Inspection history
• Manufacturer or dealer service records
For engines/half-cuts, condition checks are also performed before export.
Q. What documents come with my shipment?

Q. Can I buy a single part, or only bulk?

We offer port-to-port and select door-to-door services depending on location.

Your local duties/taxes must be handled in your country.

Q. Are items sold “as-is”?
A. Most used vehicles and parts are sold as-is unless otherwise specified.
Condition reports are provided when available.
Aftermarket and performance parts may vary in condition depending on age and usage.
Q. What if an item arrives damaged?
A. All shipments are securely packed. If damage occurs:

• Provide documents and packing photos
• Assess each case individually
Insurance coverage can be added upon request.
